Culver’s - La Porte

I don’t always have my service dog with me, but I’m driving cross country and it’s hot. I brought her in and the staff appropriately welcomed her (not petting her, not acknowledging her, but saying she’s cute which of course is true) and offering me a pup cup to offer her. A great experience. Food was excellent. Milkshake saved my day.

The gluten free bun was very soft! It was an extra $2 i think. I also did NOT get glutened from the French fries but I imagine everyone has different tolerances. Dietary restrictions: Right on the screen in front they have a message to inform about allergies and the order slip for the kitchen has an allergy alert. They're definitely well informed and cautious.

We had awesome service and great food. Crispy Chicken sandwich, fries and stuffed pepper soup die for. Kid friendliness: They have kids menu and highchairs.

One of the best overall fast food places for food service and atmosphere

First time with a bad experience and when I called and spoke to a manager in regards to my sandwich missing the ketchup and mustard I wanted and the manager I spoke with chose to do NOTHING to make it right and instead informed me next time I needed to clarify better. For $32 I will NOT be back. Sad.
