The Pub Restaurant Wine Bar The Inn In Madeline Island

Our waitress was very nice and often checked us to see if we needed anything. Pizza was delicious.

When we arrived, the hostess had not our reservation through an open table and would not sit down because they “book”. When we show her the confirmation email from the open table, she said that they do not really take online reservations because they do not work. Luckily there was a table in the bar area that was open. The rest of the experience was very beautiful. The food was good and the view is beautiful. If you want to eat here, you should ask for reservations.

I like The Pub the real problem here is that they are obviously not really registered with Open Table. My advice is to call and make a reservation so you can't find out if you arrive there that no Open Table reservations register in their system. Otherwise, it is a perfect place to dinate with a magnificent view of Lake Superior from the banks of the old La Pointe.
