Charles Street Bakery - La Plata

Charles Street Bakery never disappoints! The almond cake is a must every year for my wife's birthday, and we have loved everything we have ever purchased. This is truly a gem for our small town!

A bakery!! I stopped I stopped in thinking I was gonna get some fresh pastries! I ordered 2 small cinnamon vines and 3 oatmeal cookies. The centeread it the cinnamon buns are dry and could not have been big today. Have not tasted cookies but I sure hope they're better than the buns.

Five stars aren't nearly enough. They recently made a cake for our daughter's first birthday with a Princess and the Pea theme. This was our first time using this bakery as we live 40 minutes away, but they were the only bakery that looked like they could do the design we wanted and were able to work us in on the schedule.
