Figaro's Pizza - La Pine

I was treated rudely when I visited this restaurant. After assisting the first customer in line, the staff neglected my presence and attended to the person behind me instead. I was appalled to see them prepare the pizza without wearing gloves, then handle their phone before finishing the pizza, and even touch the sauce with bare hands. It was quite unappetizing. However, a few days later, we ordered three complimentary pizzas, which were delicious! I spoke with the manager, who seemed indifferent to the need for improvements in the restaurant and its staff. Still, I believe they deserve a chance.

Update: We went for dinner tonight (October 14, 2022) and it was great! The service was better this time than the last. We're planning to return for pizza. We ordered three pizzas and breadsticks, but unfortunately, the breadsticks didn't come with marinara sauce. The man making the pizzas didn't wear gloves and used his hands to handle the dough and spread the pizza sauce. After that, he answered the phone and returned to work without washing his hands, finishing off the pizzas and handling the jelly on the counter.

I absolutely love visiting Figaro's! They consistently get everything right and the atmosphere feels so special and unique. I've been to other Figaro's locations, but this one stands out the most. A big shoutout to Betty! The situation has definitely improved significantly since she took over as manager.

This place is a La Pine clamp. I wish they would update their POS systems as they are old and the employees sometimes seem to struggle with them, as well as the online ordering capability (I didn't have my orders through several ocestions). I personally also wished they had longer hours, but that could be a staff problem. Consistent pizza quality with fresh ingredients makes it the bit of hate, and they have daily specialties to shorten a bit of cost for the consumer.

One of the worse pizzas I've ever had. Scant toppings, what tasted like canned old sauce. We ate one slice each and the rest went in the compactor. We're so glad we had a coupon for 50% off. You just know when you see the person making the pizza measures every ingredient carefully that your in trouble from the get go. I watched folks walking out with stakes of pizza boxes. Yuk, good luck.
