El Guero - La Pedrera

I love attention but especially vegan food. rich and fresh. perfect of salt and flavor. I asked topos with guacamole, and burritos with beans and mushrooms. They were delicious and very fresh. gluten-free and vegan options. The attention was very beautiful on the part of the chef. We will obviously come back.

This is the best Mexican restaurant in Uruguay. The mole is incredible, the tequila soup is excellent, and the tortillas are delicious. It's a shame that the restaurant will only be in La Pedrera until the end of the summer starting from today (16/07/16). It's definitely worth driving a few miles to eat here again.
