Contribuiți la feedbackWe haven 't been here since it was the Fish Market, which was nice back then. This new iteration, Lisca, is spectacular! The service was awesome from the moment we walked through the entrance, they were welcoming to us and our puppies. The place is immaculately clean, solid tables, solid chairs on a solid floor (you have to understand restaurants down here to know why that resonates), the great experience was on even before we saw the menus. Our waiter was very attentive, getting us bebidas right away, and attending to our every need as the meal progressed. The menu selections (and prices) are definitely upscale, Med/Italian, and our choices/meals were excellent (squid and shrimp skewers, and ribeye steak). The tiramisu was prepared for us at the end of the meal (i.e, fresh, not premade and stored). It was a wonderful meal in a wonderful environment. These guys deserve every one of the five stars they 're rated at. You need to go here!
Unexpectedly found this gem! I had the scallop dish and my husband had the halibut and both dishes were excellent. We normally don’t eat dessert but we decided to share the Tiramisu and wished I had my own. Service was excellent and made our night special. Thank you!
A amazing meal and service one of the best in Los Barriles
The food and presentation are beyond your expectations. Last nights special was sea bass, and it was by far the best I have ever had in town. My husband and our friend had the scallons, which were amazing, and our other friend had the shrimp and squid skewer, also very delicious. We shared the white chocolate dessert between us and it certainly did not disappoint. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere and beauty of this restaurant make for a wonderful dining experience. You are truly missing out if you haven't tried LISCA.
The service is good, but the food is pretentious. Although it has a good presentation it is not amazing. it seems they just came out of cooking school and they want to put everything they learned into one plate and it loses perspective and dishes are complicated and not balanced. my recommendation for the cooks is to keep things simple, less it's more. focus more on the produce not on the garnish.
