El ambiente es precioso , lugar cómodo , acogedor , romántico , atención excelente , minuto variado pero preciso , solo que la comida no estaba tan sabrosa , pedí rib eye , y la carne no era de buena calidad , por suerte la pedí 3/4 si no hubiera estado súper dura y sin jugos , porque la verdad no es carne buena

Good food, terrible service. Seemed to have sufficient staff, but chaotic wait staff with zero management. Took long time to be seated, longer to get water and drink orders, dishes only arrived after an hour wait. Our party of 8 finished meal and ready to go before last person finally served their main course. Pretty sure our order delivered to different table, and we re-ordered three-plus times. Several appetizers never arrived, but on the bill. Problem across multiples tables and restaurant did not seem crowded. Really, really bad service.
