The vegan ramen here was super yummy, as were the vegan gyosas. What I also love about buey cup is they have a sign in the bathroom suggesting women to switch to reusable menstrual cups, and they don’t have paper towel, and use a hand towel instead. Love their commitment to sustainability!!!! The menu also has lots of other vegan options, like cauliflower and quinoa burgers, cauliflower bites and more. CAnt wait to go back.

We ate here three times and took tortas to go for the plane ride. They have a dedicated vegan menu with 4 vegan proteins. The cauliflower appetizer is enough to be an entire meal! Our favorite proteins were the milanesa and the pastor. I’m so surprised that some people rated this place a one. It’s so good!
