Burger King - La Palma

Although sometimes this location gets busy, the young guy at the window is always so pleasant and it's nice to have that interaction since most fast food places are not happy and could care less about delivering good Customer Service. I wish they were all pleasant as him!!!! Thank you!

I visited this restaurant on a weekend morning and was impressed by how clean it was and how friendly the staff were. The food was good, and they had some great special promotions as well. I appreciated the free coffee refills at first, but I noticed that they no longer offer that; now there's a charge for each refill. Overall, I really like this place!

This location features a play structure for children, and the dining area and restrooms are exceptionally clean. The customer service I received today was outstanding. Every table was spotless, with no leftover trays or trash—great job to the staff for that! It's a well-maintained restaurant. This Burger King feels a bit larger than others, offering ample seating. Overall, I'm quite impressed with this location.

I had the pleasure of encountering Cynthia at the drive-thru today, and she was truly a breath of fresh air! Despite being short-staffed, it was clear that she was putting in extra effort. Her kindness, patience, and dedication to providing excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you, Burger King, for your fantastic prices and wonderful staff!
