CÉsar Lounge - La Mulatière

A first in this restaurant in La Mulatiere. The setting is cozy. The burrata coated in pizza dough and served with salad was delicious. The only downside was the wait, no one came to ask us if we wanted dessert so after more than an hour of waiting we left. A mixed experience at this restaurant. Despite a decent meal, some things need to be reviewed. Indeed, when a lounge displays prices for starters at almost €15 and desserts at €9, the service and customer experience must follow. But this was not the case for me and my friends. One evening at the start of the week, the restaurant only had two tables. So one that got released early. So only our table remained. And yet we were placed at the back of the room (the waitress did not even deign to accompany us to our table). We waited almost an hour to be cleared and have our dessert order taken (after a request from us) the same for the water. The waitress was not very smiling and not at all commercial. In addition, for an empty restaurant the music was very loud as it could have been on a Saturday evening so the discussions were carried out with effort. And finally the phone projecting music in the restaurant projecting at the same time the videos and voices of its owners. Finally the toilets were moderately clean and a roll of paper towel placed on the floor (during a rainy day it was obviously also wet) so hygiene needs to be reviewed as well as the door which is holding on I don't know how. Basically: non-existent customer experience, I would not come back and neither would my friends. The prices are not justified.
