Whataburger - La Marque

I love whataburger. but this place was badly driven. I look at a room full of people and no one has eaten at their table or in the hands. a room full of orange cards, but not eating. I've been here for about 30 minutes and I'm not happy to say the least, and I just ordered two salates. by far the worst situation so far.

Slowest service of all the Whataburgers i have visited. Started when the new building was built a few yrs ago. 20 minutes average to get 2 breakfast burritos/tacos to go. I pray they get better.

Waited 50 minutes in the mobile app pick up spot. after paying for Dr Pepper shakes and after watching them get through the big drive through line I walked in to find out that they didn’t have the syrup and just didn’t want to tell us. Thank y’all so much for not valuing your customers time and money

It is currently 445am. Yhis Whataburger ised to be super fast. Now its super slow. The person who assisted me in the drive thru was very nice and personable. But the overall service has taken 25 mins so far and they asked me to pull up in a parking spot to wait for my food. Please fire the manager here. Its going down a slippery slope. Totally unorganized!

Food is great. Slowest what a burger I have ever been to. It least 15- 20 wait every time. Line stays backed up. They are very slow.
