Mcdonald's - La Marque

Went on Thursday the fifth my order was grounded, as usual there in the same night called and was said that I could get a free meal and replace my chicken sandwich that was not there, that is not even what I originally wanted, I wanted my money back I wanted, did not want to replace it on the food. So I came on Saturday to get the essay greeted only by an rude manager who told me the so-called book that my name was not written in was there, so I'm somehow confused about where the book went when that is the load I went and ordered from. the manager told me that I should start checking the bag itself because that is not their task to maintain it, and I told her that they are the manager and so you run things. I asked about her name, but she wouldn't give it to me, she told me that I had to give her my name, instead of telling her that there is no possibility that I will give her my name. every time I go, I have an article that is missing, and they never give it to me or they never give me a refund. they always talk out and say they can not give back the manager, so I'm not sure why it is that we have to pay for items that we don't allow to get back refund for or even

I wish I could score this location with a 0. Went to this location 2/24. There was an issue regarding my service received. The Manager on duty at that time, Ms. Sage, provided great service in addressing the matter. She even took it as far as providing an additional full meal at whatever point I chose to redeem. I went back to the location exactly 2 was and 2 days later to be told that my voucher of correction could not be accepted. The lady I spoke with, who claimed to be the GM was rude. Did not care about customer service or or anything. I will never visit this location again. It's sad that people don't appreciate their jobs. There is many well experienced people that would love to have the job and provide exceptional customer service. Other than that, this place should be shut down until they have better management. Just sad.

I had an order pick up and a woman I assume might be a manager or should be helped me out so much she was so nice and had the store running so smooth I wish I would have gotten her name! 10/10

They went from$1 drinks like all other McDonald's in the world to $1.94 drinks over night. They aside the owner increased the prices so it's very simple ?that new owner I won't be back to that location until they go back to the $1 drinks. Let's be real there are several other McDonald's everywhere plus that location is trashy anyways all the more reason to go to a different one.

Looks nice for no reason, as per usual McDonald’s the? ice cream machine was broken.Fries weren’t salted or hot.Nothing against the workers I’m sure no one in there is a professional as far as fixing anything goes, if they are they’re not being utilized properly smh.
