Tim Hortons - La Malbaie

This location does not accurately represent Tim Hortons. The bagels weren't toasted at all, and the breakfast sandwich was overcooked to the point that it might have caused a fire in the store! The coffee was decent, but the wait time was an unacceptable 25 minutes.

Says Open on Google for 24 hrs but it was closed at 7 am today.

The restaurant appeared to be open, but when we arrived, we found it closed despite having waited in the drive-thru. There wasn't any sign or notice on the door to inform frustrated customers that it was not open. It was a disappointing experience.

None of the Staff understood English. Very difficult to place an order. Even after using Google Translate and showing them the french version of our order, they still messed it up. Didn't bother to fix it and made faces when asked to fix it.Canada has two official languages last time i checked. I guess the owner did not bother to hire someone who understands the official language of Canada.I would avoid this at all costs. Not worth the trouble. They would spoil your trip for no reason.
