We’ve visited a few of the beach bars along this stretch, but, we do return here, as the beach is nicer, and the sun beds offered are of a higher quality. Food is excellent, if a bit limited. The fried fish is good value for money. Beer is cold and not overly expensive.
I went for a walk along the beach and stopped here hoping for a couple of drinks and a bit of lunch. Initially it didn't take long at all to get a drink but trying to get a menu, another drink or finally when I got the menu someone to take my order proved impossible and I left after an hour
We had to wait around 15 mins to get seated, the STAFF was so unprofessionable that our waiter forgot that he had taken our order already 5 mins before, so he brought the menu again to our table.. We were not surprised later that only 3 dishes were served out of 4 we've ordered.. The real surprise came when they tried to charge us the 4th as well.. The FOOD tasted nothing but oily, my TINTO DE VERANO was not filled fully in my glass, and had a weird taste as well. Nice MUSIC, but really bad overall experience, not recommended.
My daughter lives here so I visit quite frequently. This place is a gem. The paella is of the highest standard, as are the clams, and sardines. The food is fresh, and delicious. It isn’t overpriced ‘ in my opinion’ . And in addition to the friendly staff, quality food, and location; the bustling ambience, and wait for tables is a reflection of satisfied customers returning again and again. As for the fool who claimed the sun beds are ‘uncomfortable’, read a newspaper, or take a look at ‘New at Ten’.
