Subway - La Jolla

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The sandwich was delicious, and the service from Arnold, who I believe is Hispanic, was exceptional. He made my sandwich just how I like it in under a minute, using fresh vegetables. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained as well. Overall, I highly recommend it!

The staff here is consistently polite and prepares my food exactly as I like it, even when I ask for vegetables to be added before toasting. The service is quick overall, and the team is attentive to customers' needs. The restroom is also well-maintained. This place is a lifesaver for me as an Amazon driver, especially since the nearby Starbucks has been closing earlier and earlier. I truly appreciate having a reliable spot for lunch. Having worked at Subway before, I can confidently say this location lives up to the brand's reputation.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway location this morning. The woman working there was extremely rude—I've never encountered anyone so unpleasant in my life! It's disappointing to see someone who seems to dislike their job so much. I definitely won't be returning. Additionally, the vegetables were old and brown, which was unappetizing.

This experience was great the employee working was super helpful! I explained that the app was not letting me submit my order kept saying it timed out and to try again and then finally submitted my order twice so I wanted to cancel the 2nd order and hegladly assisted me with that and was able to only charge me 1 order..so in store my experience was great but the app needsimprovement!! But BIG thank you to the gentleman working I appreciate it so much especially because I tried to call ahead andcancel the 2nd order but no one was answering the phones. I didn't get his name but he was a Hispanic male at the subway store#36335-0 I came in about 10 minutes to 7pm and his service was great! Thanks again to this gentleman!

Great neighborhood location. No wait at most times. The service is good and quality is consistent. Nice tables outside and inside.
