I've been a customer here for three years, and I can only say great things about the staff. The cupcakes are incredible, and Sprinkles has become a staple for all our holidays and celebrations. Here are some helpful tips for a fantastic experience at Sprinkles: 1. Make sure to download the Sprinkles app, as it's the easiest way to place your order. Alternatively, you can order from your laptop. 2. Order ahead of time. 3. Choose curbside pickup at checkout, and they will conveniently place your order in your trunk for a contactless experience. 4. Be patient and understanding during busy times.

Next, I decided to try the app! I downloaded it, set up an account, and voilà—cupcake choices at my fingertips! Strangely, there seemed to be fewer flavor options on the app compared to the website, but I rolled with it and made my selections. So why do I give this experience five stars despite the rocky start? Because picking up my cupcakes was a breeze! When I arrived at the store and called out to the employee, they recognized me, asked for my order name, and had my cupcakes ready within 30 seconds. Plus, the cupcakes were still heavenly and perfectly sweet. One downside, though: the beautiful cupcakes are no longer displayed on the shelves for you to admire while you're in the store.

The cupcakes here are fantastic! They are made fresh every day and are bursting with flavor. My go-to is the red velvet cupcake, as I can’t resist it. They are always moist, and the frosting is simply delightful. The only downside is that the cupcakes are a bit pricey, but they’re definitely worth it.

A little bit challenging to order through the Sprinkles Now App, but the carrot cake cupcake from this location was delicious! They had our online order ready right on time. They are doing curbside pick up with no one entering the store during the pandemic. Everyone felt safe and comfortable.

Sprinkles employees have the best customer service! I order on the app now at least 20 minutes before. When I get there I just call the phone number on their door. And homemade cupcakes from scratch! I told my friend, I feel like they're cupcakes like from a fairytale
