I stayed in La Haye for a week, and this restaurant has been my daily cup of joy at every dinner. The kitchen is incredible, with super fresh and very very tasty local products. The dishes are a joy for the palate and for the eyes. You can experience the talent and inventiveness of the chef not only in the main entrées and dishes on the menu (and in the desserts!! , but also by tasting the delicious small entrées that are offered every day with new ideas to explore. The food has captured me day by day: earthy, tasty, creative, there were really moments with explosions of tastes in my mouth and intriguing combinations. But the project is clearly a team work, and could not work as well as it does without the incredible service, food and wine recommendations, and friendly chats of Fanny. Thank you again, Théo and Fanny, for making me explore your creations and for making me feel at home in your beautiful restaurant, hope I can pass by and say hi soon!

One of the best restaurants I have ever tasted! It is rare today to find a restaurant so creative in its combinations of flavors, textures and colors.
