Lascari's Italian Cucina - La Habra

I rarely leave any comment to any business we had to order from, but this time I need to say that I am beyond disappointed about this place. On May 20/2023, we ordered to take out a Ceasar Salad for a party of 20. It cost $50.00. The next day we came to pick it up; we were handed over nothing but a large bowl of green lettuce sprinkled with some cheese and roughly about 20 pieces of croutons. For $50.00?Sorry to say, we would never again return to Lascari's Italian restaurant. We could have ordered the salad from Olive Garden instead.

I called on the phone and ordered cheese Raviolli party tray and I asked for a pink sauce. The manager said it 's $10 extra for a pink sauce. It was $60+ plus $10 pink sauce , total came up to $79.02. She read my order on the phone and she said with Alfredo sauce and I corrected, pink sauce . She said it 's Alfredo sauce mixed with marinara. And I said okay, however you guys make it but as long as it 's pink sauce my daughter always order it that way when we used to eat there . We picked up my order and went straight to the party only to find out it 's not what I ordered when we arrived at the party. She gave me cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce instead. I called them and I spoke to another employee. She passed the phone to another female which apparently she said she 's the manager and she said she was the one I spoke to on the phone when I placed my order. She insisted that she repeated my order and that I asked for Alfredo sauce Basically insinuating that I 'm lying! . If that is true as she claimed, then why am I being charged extra $10 for a pink sauce? Mind you, I have a witness. My boyfriend was with me and heard what I said when I placed the order. The cheese Raviolli wasn 't good either! There were still a lot of left overs from the party. For the price I paid and messing up my order, overall it 's a waste of money!We used to come here as a regular customer La Habra Branch but we stopped coming here coz the quality of their food is going downhill. I thought I would give it another try for pick up convenience since the party was near to this location, but it was a BIG mistake! Now they will lose my business for good! Bad customer service doesn 't deserve second chances! I will tell my friends and family not to come to this place!

They have good pizza and sandwiches! Love the sandwich bread and ranch is delish! That's important ! Always greeted and pretty clean. ONLY issue is their soda fountain. For a years now the Pepsi doesn't taste right and neither does the Dr.pepper. Tastes like a knock off cheaper soda is being used. Not sure if it's because the machine isn't regularly cleaned or it's because they are not using the brand named soda. I'm picky about drinks and if I'm laying for a Dr. Pepper or Pepsi, please have it taste right!I did see the cook take a piece of cooked chicken park, cut it in half and heat it up on the grill for an order. That turned me off. I was hoping it was freshly breaded or at least fried fresh, not cooked and cooked before hand. I'm not a fan of their pastas but pizza is so good as is the garlic cheese bread!

Family run business. Pizza is freshly made as you order. Their take out business is on fire which makes the restaurant a little out of control but love the family vibe and the pizza is great.Read the reviews....you should go to Italy it's not fast food it's good food and worth the wait
