Mcdonald's - La Grange

Could someone please explain why there is a rewards program if the staff taking orders in the drive-thru never ask about it? When customers mention they have the app, they seem to understand, but it feels like they don't actively engage with the rewards system.

I waited at the cash register for 10 minutes while the staff looked at me and ignored my presence. Eventually, they informed me that I had to use the drive-thru. This experience left me feeling frustrated and disheartened.

We rarely visit because they've raised the prices of soft drinks. We pay full price for fast food elsewhere, so there’s no longer much reason to go to McDonald’s.

I think it's twice to stop here! the first time I ask a meal without pickle and hospite what! it had n the 2nd time that gave me the wrong order!!! I know that mistakes happen, but if Ur-Shop is slow down rush and try to put everything on the right order
