Carne Guisada was small pieces of beef (same as beef fajita taco) on a cast iron skillet with tomatoes, onions, and various other additives. Different.
If you like Los Cabos in Columbus TX, you will like Alejandra's.Great food, large portions and friendly Service. Ask for Juana, the was fantastic.

Visted with my family, spouse and 3 kids ages from (6-11) started with the queso and I think it took longer to order than my kids devour it! So delicious! We shared the parillada (Beef Chicken Fajita, Shrimp BBQ ribs) between the 5. The kids eat or don't, they definitely gave us a run for our money tonight. We are really enjoyed the full meal and experience can't wait to be back! I thought I had taken a picture of the parillada it didn't save so here is a picture of my drink sides.
