Contribuiți la feedbackI wish there was a ZERO star option for this reason! I went in with assisted living and needs help while ordering and the employee was very rude. He told us that we were the reason other customers had left!! When I tried to order or even talk to him, he held up his hand to quiet me. I realized at the end he didn’t even give the correct change but just wanted to get out of there. I was mortified by his behavior and will never go back to this location or any because bad service seems to be a trend with Subways, but this one topped the cake.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. when the employee that was there finally got off the phone and came out from the back to service he was extremely rude. He has no idea how to talk to customers and ripped the money out of our hand. I was here at a Saturday at lunch time and no one was in the store. Either this employee doesn't want to have a job or this store is a front for some type of shenanigans. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I never got to eat the food. We waited over 30 minutes at lunch on a Friday. When the one employee finally got to us, they said they were out of creamy sriracha after 2 splattering squeezes on a wrap, never looked for more in the back, and then outright refused to toast it. They said they 'd get us the paperwork showing they can 't toast wraps and then couldn 't find it. Worst customer service I 've seen at Subway. I worked at one Subway or another for over 6 years in the past, and we would always toast whatever sandwich or items a customer wanted toasted.
Employee there was very rude and needs to be trained on how to talk to customers or be taken out of the restaurant entirely. No wonder this subway location is always empty when I go by!
