Dairy Queen - La Grande

Have been a long time repeat customer. Very rare occasions where the staff is actually friendly, usually very short, rude and snarky. Food has been, pretty bad, especially for the price you pay. Fries are usually soggy and gross, if not cold, burgersare about the same.

Went thur drive thru ordered two hamburgers, fries and drink. Could not hear the young man tell me how much I owned for he opened the window and talked to the till. Got home worst hamburgers ever. Meat was cold buns were dried out. Called talked tothe manager and she had a carefree attitude like oh well! Will not be going back. Joy

Staff is pretty rude, pulled up and made my order when I got to the window (only car at the resturant) along with being very short with a dumbfounded look on her face she said I can't switch items because we already started cooking fries. That's greatand all but they were cold once I pulled away, either pure laziness or a lack of caring. To the owner of this franchise, Findsomeone who cares for your store! Remodeling will not help the horrible customer service.

Good ice cream ???? ????, just FYI the building looks shut down, it's all boarded up! It looks like a shack! It's under construction. The drive thru is open!

Peeked over and saw the store was filthy. Not a clean restaurant. Saw someone wipe a yellow rag on the counter, the floor, and then continued to wipe off a blizzard with the same rag. Id recommend just to go to the subway or mcdonalds less than 100ftaway.
