Starbucks - La Costa

I want to acknowledge the EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I receive at this location. RILEY is always so friendly.A lot of times he is alone with a line building and he never stops smiling. Sometimes A smile is all you need. A person may be having a bad day become and see Riley and he makes everything great. He is a real gem to this company.

Shout out to Monica for being an awesome worker! She was by herself, there was a line and she was kicking butt. Super friendly. Wish there were more workers like her. Always friendly service.

Went in the the nearest Starbucks to pick up a hot drink this morning and noticed BOTH employees wearing their masks improperly during the height of a pandemic. Surely Vons/Starbucks has instructed them on how to wear a mask! If the employees can't wear their masks properly, what other sanitation issues do they skimp on?

Friendly and warm environment. Always a good experience!

We've all had Starbucks before so I feel like I don't need to leave a review but I want Starbucks to know that they need to serve pumpkin spice year round please!
