Food By Chef Ty - La Costa

Outstanding private chef! Every year he does my friends Halloween/birthday party, and makes exceptional appetizers and main courses! Food is so fresh and so savory! It's so fun to eat the appetizers as you watch Chef Ty and his staff create! I look forward to it every year!

We were invited to a dinner at our friends house where Chef Ty was in charge of dinner. Having a private chef do all the prep, cooking, plating and clean up was amazing. We had all the time in the world to visit with the hosts and enjoy the evening. We'll be book him in the future, I highly recommend Chef Ty!

Chef Ty is amazing. His ability to connect with clients and tap into their culinary desires is incredible. I worked with him on a menu he suggested the respective wines. Ty came prepared with everything he needed and all I needed to do was provide stemware, flatware space on the counters and in the refrigerator so he could create. Every course was described to the party of 4 while served by chef Ty he made the evening so relaxing, pleasant and we all felt so blessed to enjoy his talents So grateful to have this experience

Chef Ty recently did a fabulous 4 course creole dinner for our gourmet group of 14 guests. In addition there were 6 unique tray passed appetizers that were representative of creole cuisine. I highly recommend him and his excellent staff to host your next dinner event!
