L'archipel - La Chapelle-sur-Erdre

An explosion of flavors in the mouth, A delectation of buds of taste, from the mouth fun to dessert. In the archipelago, everything is cleverly orchestrated in the game of textures and colors for, of course, making all our senses enjoy.... A pure pleasure!

A delightful moment! A very good service and each dish is a discovery of incredible flavors. Each dish is original and very good. I still have water in my mouth.

It should be called "Watch"... second time we dine in love. The kitchen is simply great! I send his card to Michelin every time with frank flavors but mixed offer a different perception. It is tasty and beautiful, a sensory painting for taste buds as for the eyes. It is a gourmet with Asian accents, but so unique and representative of the heart of the chef that I invite you to go to test for yourself.

First experience in this restaurant. We were on the terrace, under the greenery. A surprisingly quiet setting in the city centre, so much that the concert on the square of the church next to it was inaudible. The meal was good, the fish entered and flat very fine and perfectly prepared. The dessert was surprising, in the right sense of the term, especially the basil ice. We'll come back for sure.

Excellent value for money. The dishes are very well presented and original. The service is fast and courteous. A restaurant to be recommended without hesitation!
