El Pollo Loco - La Ceiba

This location needs help. I saw ants while i was waiting for my food. The floor needed to be cleaned and the customer service is horrible.

The toast is given to you with beans, lettuce and rice.

I just went there my order was a double chicken tostada salad and a kids meal they gave the mash potatoes but not the chicken legs now I called and no one answer thats f up and the bad thing is I paid cash and they didn’t gave me a receipt

Most El Pollo Loco have good flavorful chicken dishes, I've never had problems with the sides.

Worst service ever, we ordered certain chicken items, and they gave you whatever they have, which was nothing cause they ran out of chicken, and the chop guy in the back had an attitude like if you ain't happy go home ? ?
