We headed up to El Corral after a long day travelling from Nicaragua, and wow what great first moment in Honduras : Food was amazing and the place is lovely but the owner and the staff are even more. Muchas gracias para su hospitalidad

Real-flavored meats, very rich roasts... is the place where the food I felt with a taste as natural as the field. It is a small restaurant but its food is very different from everyone else in La Ceiba. There is no doubt, you should visit it... especially if you are looking for food of the type that announces its name: Al Corral.
