En el Paraíso del Tiétar nos recomendaron visitar esta quesería y así lo hicimos. Sus quesos han recibido numerosos premios, pero el destacado es el Monte Enebro (queso blando con corteza enmohecida, elaborado con leche de cabra), que ha sido galardonado en concursos tanto nacionales como internacionales. Fuimos atendidos por Rafael, el propietario. Después de comprar varios quesos, nos obsequió con una tarrina de queso de cabra a las finas hierbas para untar, delicioso. Si pasan por aquí, les recomiendo que se detengan, ya que recibirán una atención excelente y los quesos son exquisitos.

Hola a todos. Normalmente no suelo dejar comentarios en internet, pero la experiencia que tuve en este restaurante me ha dejado tan decepcionada que no puedo dejarlo pasar sin más. Una amiga de La Adrada nos recomendó este lugar durante nuestras vacaciones, fuimos un domingo y después de esperar unos 20 minutos en la fila, finalmente pudimos entrar mi esposo, mi amiga que nos iba a recomendar unos quesos, mi hijo de 3 años y yo. Sin embargo, al entrar, nos miraron con desagrado y nos dijeron que solo podían entrar dos personas. Mi amiga explicó que solo iba a recomendar un queso y luego se iría, pero nos dijeron que no era posible. Por lo tanto, decidimos marcharnos sin comprar nada. Realmente no entiendo cuál fue el verdadero motivo de esta situación, ya que habíamos visto a otros grupos de tres personas entrando y comprando sin problemas. Lo que puedo decir es que el personal de este lugar no tiene intención de satisfacer al cliente, vender o ser amable. No puedo hablar sobre la calidad de los productos porque con ese trato me negué a comprar. Esta es solo mi experiencia y espero que les sea útil. Saludos.
