Jack In The Box - Kyle

This restaurant is hit or miss. Today, we decided to order egg rolls. The drive-thru line was always busy, with at least 5 cars waiting. When we reached the speaker, Juanita, who took our order, did not greet us or say welcome. Instead, she rudely said, "Give me a few minutes!" We waited until she returned and then took our order at the window. The young man at the window was much more pleasant than Juanita, so I gave them an extra star for his politeness. We had to ask for sweet and sour sauce multiple times from the young man. The egg rolls were good, although they were lukewarm when we received them. They were a little greasy, but tasty. It seems like the management at this location may be an issue, as the service is inconsistent. There have been many occasions where the service has been so poor that we choose to go elsewhere. Only rarely do we experience efficient service, but these moments are few and far between.

We just went through the drive and missed the half of our order and all of our drinks were wrong on the wall! GI-Gute, no one answers the phone.

I drove through the line and mid order I told the guy I forgot my wallet and that I was sorry but I needed to cancel the order then the guy was like nah man I gotchu what do you want and I walked away with my food for free absolutely the best service I’ve had at a fast food place my entire life

I went through the drive thru tonight around 11pm and ordered a jacks munchie meal “spicy nacho chicken” I get home check the bag and this is what they served me!! You can’t just make up something and piece it together and serve it to people! If they would’ve said they had no chicken or something then I would’ve changed my order but nothing was said. Be sure to check your food before you leave the window!

Went there tonight while it was raining. Girl at the window was upset that I wanted to order where you pay since they have no overhead. Gave me a complete attitude along with some cold food. Learn some manners young lady.
