We were in Kusel and stopped for a Döner before we went home. We get Döners every Thursday, and we have been to almost every Döner shop in the Kaiserslautern area, so we wanted to try a new one. We asked for 2 Klein Döners, but got some that were really loaded. Having eaten in many Döner places, it is oftentimes hard to tell what is a Klein vs a Gross. I got a soda, and we sat down in the dining room to eat. When we checked out they charged us for 2 Gross, even thougrh I had clearly said Klein. Since we had already eaten them, I let it pass. After we left I did the math and realized they had also overcharged us for the soda, which was 3 Euro. The highest I have ever paid before this is only 2 Euro. So, instead of spending under 10 Euro, which is normal, we spent 12 Euro. Not a lot of money, but still....!So, now for the Döner itself. My wife found a couple of gross pieces of fat in hers and I had peices that were crispy as bacon, obviously overcooked. Otherwise the Döners were OK.

Mal ganz ernsthaft - wenn ich mir was bestelle, noch Infos geben will, was genau auf meinen Rollo drauf soll und in dem Moment das Telefon klingelt, der Mitarbeiter beachtet mich nicht mehr und klatscht auf den Rollo das drauf, was er denkt und als er auflegt sag ich ihm "mit Joghurtsoße statt Cocktailsoße und ohne Zwiebeln" und er versucht die Zwiebeln rauszufischen und klatscht auf die Cocktailsoße noch Joghurtsoße drauf - dann frag ich mich, was da los ist. Es waren natürlich noch Zwiebeln drauf (und die Cocktailsoße ja leider auch) Ist das Kundenservice? Zumal es ja nicht unbedingt um den Geschmack geht, wenn man sich was umbestellt, sondern schlichtweg auch mal eine Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeit vorliegen kann. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit - auch wenn das Essen noch so gut schmeckt
