She can speak English a little bit.And she is very warm hearted.The chicken ball is very recommended.

The queues are real. We took a food bath watching it open and rushed over when nobody was there. The gyuhatsu was definitely worth stopping by. It was ¥350 per stick but so soft and juicy! We had to wait about 10min, though, for it to be ready.
