Soba Aoyama - Kusatsu

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon. Got the udon set for ¥1375. Hot udon is decent. Boyfriend got a soba and said the texture of soba is only ok. If I come back to Kusatsu, would want to try other restaurant.

It’s a pretty decent soba restaurant. The information brochure said there vegetarian options, but when we went to the restaurant, they informed us that there were none. Very disappointed. the tofu food that was hyped, is also very blunt. They mushroom tempura was really good. Just decent food. They accept cash and PayPay. Go at your own preference!

30 minutes on Sunday lunch The tempura of Shimonida onion and maitake is delicious. Soba is Zannen. There is a koshi, but I can not feel the aroma flavor. I really felt like a buckwheat? So I didn’t want to satisfy my stomach with such soba, so I ate only tempura and left soba. Soba is 2 but tempura was delicious, so this number of stars.
