ホテル Yī Jǐng - Kusatsu

Good location just in the center point. Convenient for public transport and hotel have tax free shop at Ground floor selling souvenirs. We stayed here for 1 night and enjoy the onsen. Our plan with buffet meals are a bit not up to expectation. Upgrade your plan with non buffet meals if you got budget

The hotel is ok. Staff is friendly, the food is Good, hot spring quite nice (rotemburo too). The water might be too hot for some people. The not so good is that the hotel is divided in 3 buildings with different floors which design seems to be totally arbitrary. Quite confusing to move around. Location is next to the main attraction of the city though.

Highly recommeded, helpful and friendly staff at reception, restaurant, and driver of shuttle bus. The hotel is located at the center of Onsen street with gift shop and 7-11 store downstairs. Hotel itself comes with indoor and outdoor onsen pools with clean water quality, very relaxing; and if together with room reserves with breakfast and dinner, the food is traditional Japanese style very tasty. We are a family with two adults and two kids, we all enjoyed the stay very much! again thank you for all the staff at the hotel offering us a wonderful memory visiting Kusatsu Onsen!

The room (annex building) we stayed in was quite aged as can be told by looking at the mechanical thermostats and stains on carpets. Service, dining, and location are excellent. There is a very large gift shop on the ground floor. Price paid for the stay was very reasonable (during covid).
