A clean and simple eatery.<br/ <br/ Pick your own canteen tray . Pick a base, plant, sauce, crunch and optional protein<br/ <br/ Cauliflower rice is flavourful and thinly shredded. The broccoli is cut into large florets, lemon grass beans are okay and the roast potatoes are smashed, soggy and chewy.<br/ <br/ Japanese mustard sauce, tomato, mirin, ginger, garlic and soy is a nice and adds a bold and spicy taste to the meal.<br/ <br/ Togorashi , Japanese spicemix, mandarin, sesame, poppy seed, hemp seed, nori and ground sansho. Full of flavour<br/ <br/ Pork braised with balsamic, marjoram and garlic is very tender and aromatic.<br/ <br/ Overall, with the combinations chosen, the tray is great.
Had the acai bowl. The banana in the acai base was a little overwhelming, as you can see the color is lighter than most acai bowl blends. Loved the coyo and raspberry coulis, the flavours worked really well together and the serving size of the whole thing was huge. Struggled to finish it prob because it was so heavy on the banana. More acai+ice, less banana, would have made this thing 5/5 for me.
Lizzie’s first impression: love how delicious everything is <br/ <br/ Lizzie enjoyed: love the falafel salad as it’s super tasty and has everything it needs. I also tried the smoothie shake and I quite like all the flavours. <br/ <br/ Lizzie did not enjoy: a little overpriced but produce is definitely above average and bang for your buck in that sense. The butternut pumpkin is not roasted as well as I though it should be.<br/ <br/
