Had high tea absolutely worth every cent will book again

I live in Perth,I visited Melbourne this week and had lunch at your lovely restaurant.I thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful.I visit Melbourne quite often and alway's make point of coming here every time I visit.Amazing Cakes and amazing food and atmosphere and lovely staff.I can't wait to come back.

We were fortunate enough to have a very short wait for a table, but if there’s a queue it’s well worth the wait! Amazing selection of teas and cakes... I had the new 10/10 caramelised pineapple cheesecake... great atmosphere and service! Even if you only do it once it’s a Melbourne ‘must do’!!

A visit to Hopetoun Tearooms with Nanni has become our Rite of Passage when my grandsons celebrate their 6th birthday. Yesterday was the youngest boy 's turn and he was so excited, patiently waiting in the queue, counting down the people leaving and going in before us until the time for us to be seated. He had expressed his desire for Pavlova but sadly, all gone. The lovely waitress took him outside to look in the window at the delicious array of cakes to choose another cake Black Forest. He must have told her that it was his birthday because when the cake arrived it was decorated with a candle and the words 'Happy Birthday ' were written across his plate. Thank you Hopetoun Tearooms for making his first visit, so special. BTW Parker even said 'my apple juice is even better than McDonalds ' high praise indeed from a six year old boy!
