Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart Qv Melbourne

Consistently gorgeous cheese tarts – the filling is smooth, milky and sweet, and the pastry is always crispy. The staff are friendly as well. I took my chef friend to try one, and she was gobsmacked from how delicious and unique it was.

Wait for a batch fresh out of the oven specially during winter months, which in Melbourne could be anytime of the year !

After searching around for a dessert place, J decided to get a Yuzu cheese tart from here on Wed 13th Nov.  Staff lovely, efficient.  Only a small amount of seating outside, so she took it to the Bubble Cup in QV.<br/ <br/ The tart was dreamy, she couldn't imagine anything else that could be better. Crispiest of pastry, and delightful oozy creamy lemony/citrusy custard.

I don't think you could go wrong with hokkaido cheese tarts. It is what it is and taste delicious. Only thing is that they are pretty expensive now and sometimes it does not taste as fresh depending on when you get it.

Because sometimes you just need to satisfy that craving because if I don't I won't stop thinking about the cheesecake tart haha <br/ <br/ The ladies who served me were very sweet, especially when I said I'd like to take a photo of the cheesecakes for my friends. One lady jumped bask and the other lady made everything look nice and neat for me hahaha how sweet : <br/ Hey <br/ The cheesecakes are really best eaten hot or warm in my opinion. And whilst there not cheap they are really yummy haha. Treat yourself!
