An old school burger joint on Swan St. The burger patties are well cooked and juicy, the toppings are great and the soft milk buns perfectly toasted too. The fried chicken burger was also very nice crunchy fillet and not greasy. Everything here is very well priced. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The burgers at 1090 are great quality. The patties are well seasoned and perfectly cooked, the buns are soft and fluffy, and the vegetables are fresh and crunchy. I made the mistake of ordering the double beef, double cheese and double bacon, which was probably a bit much. But most of the options are a much better balance of fresh and meaty. Unfortunately the atmosphere is pretty dingy, with poor lighting, worn out tables, and what looked like exposed building materials.
