Donut Brew - Kursk

The service was not good. Not all orders were brought out at first, had to prove that the donuts had already been eaten. (Purpose of phone calls) Then it turns out, when my daughter went to the bathroom, someone took her tea to drink. And finally, looking at the check, we didn't receive any sandwiches again. And the staff, they didn't even apologize for this treatment. The evening was ruined, the kids were shocked by this behavior.

I came in the morning before I met you to get a cheese wrap. It wasn't the first time I ever had it. I just asked for a café and got a sip. I almost got my eyes popped out, feeling a half glass of cinnamon. Which I'm allergic to. I was late, so I won't come back to this fragile pony. But the mood was quite messy. I wish the managers of this establishment. Train the staff to clarify customers' preferences. I mean, you're going to put cinnamon in cheese sauce!

The coffee here is fantastic, particularly the cheese latte, and the ambiance is lovely. Although there are a few concerns regarding wait times and the prices are a bit higher than average, I would still rate it a strong four out of five overall.

I do not recommend this restaurant. I waited 27 minutes for my coffee, and it wasn't good at all. I used to visit regularly, but I definitely won't be returning.

The coffee is incredibly delicious and smooth; I really enjoy drinking it. I highly recommend trying it!
