We came from Friday to Sunday, rented VIP room 2, to say that I was upset would be an understatement! For that kind of money, which is 38 tons per day, the house could be better, the acoustics, audibility are like in a cardboard house, the dishwasher is morally outdated, there are literally no closets for things, things were lying on the floor in bags. About the spa: one small pool for adults and next to it for children (a paddling pool), it’s good for kids, even very small ones, but for adults it’s like herrings in barrels! And one more nuance a bathrobe at the spa costs 400 rubles, we took ours from home, and it’s not very convenient to carry around with bathrobes, by the way, they didn’t change them for us. And the change of towels generally happened very magically: you go out onto the porch in the morning, and there is a big bag standing there, so you think what’s in the bag! We went to the restaurant, to the cinema too, the skating rink melted. So my impression of this house is not very good. Nature is beautiful!

Boredom is deadly. Typical holiday home with swimming pool. The rooms smell like sewage. No wifi. There is nothing for children. The cost is too high. Rooms: The rooms are shabby and smell of sewage. Guys, this is really bad! Aside from the pools, everything here is a disaster: terrible rooms, tasteless food, unresponsive and even rude staff! At the pool, an employee forcibly took a towel from my elderly friend just 15 minutes before closing—how is this acceptable? Is this what we want on a Friday or Saturday night? They gave a room on the third floor with no elevator to a person with crutches, and he had to move back and forth around the property even though he mentioned his leg problems right away. Everything is booked out; there’s a restaurant with a terrace, but it’s reserved for a party, and the gazebo is too. This trend seems to be everywhere—one friend had a curtain instead of a bathroom door in his room. It’s difficult and frustrating to write such comments, but this situation is unbearable.

Everything is fine. The prices are a bit higher than the list of services offered, but that’s subjective.
