Ocean View - Kure Beach

Everything about this place is amazing the food, the owners, the history, and the wait staff. Lemon blueberry pancakes and biscuits and gravy are my go tos 10/10.

We stopped by for some breakfast. The food was delicious and fresh. Everything came out quickly and as ordered. The staff looked happy to be there and serve us!

My only negative is that it's a little loud because its a smaller space and crowded. However, if you don't mind that this is the perfect place! Delicious local food, super friendly people, and family owned. You can see the love and care that goes into this place. Charlie, the owner, is so nice and greets everyone personally. Our server was Ashley and she was top notch! Would definitely recommend this for breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

Had lunch here today (New Years Day 1 January 2024) after a nice walk along the beach at Fort Fisher.We wanted to walk on the pier, but it's closed for renovations.We shared the fried chicken (with fries, as the menu stated it's enough for two people. It was half a chicken! Plenty of leftovers. The chicken was so juicy and tender; and the batter nice and crispy. Really good!!! Fries were nice an crispy too.I had a **** Mary and DH had a coffee.Very friendly service and the owner came over and chatted with us for a few minutes.I recommend this place if you're hungry for breakfast or lunch.
