Contribuiți la feedbackDuring our visit to Kuranda, we decided to have lunch at this restaurant. We regretted it. My wife, who is a vegetarian, ordered vegetable noodles, while I ordered fish noodles. Unfortunately, when our meals arrived, we couldn't distinguish which dish belonged to whom. The food was bland and overly oily.
Me and my family went for a drive to Kuranda on the first day we were arrived in Queensland. We ordered Chicken Tomyum soup and fried noodles. The food took ages to bring out which was surprising as we were the only people in the restaurant. After a while our food finally arrived and we realised that we had no cutlery so we asked the staff and they went to another table and took someone else's dirty cutlery and ran them under the tap and then gave them to us. The place was very messy and had very bad hygiene. Anyway that afternoon when we got home and the four of us started to not feel so good so we had some rest but by the end of the night the food was flying out the other end and we were all sick for the rest of our holiday in Queensland. Do not recommend!!
This is a charming restaurant. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed a nice breeze on a hot afternoon. The food was delicious and satisfying, with generous portions so be mindful when ordering. The fresh vegetable spring roll was exceptional. We will definitely return.
On a day trip to Kuranda and decided we wanted something different for lunch and fell upon Lan's Vietnamese Cuisine and enjoyed a fab Chicken Tomyum soup dishes that was really tasty with just the right level of heat along with Beef fried noodles which was very nice! The restaurant was busy but the food was served promptly - couldn't fault it!
I ordered the beef pho and the soup was very nice. Not much beef compared to other places but considering its at touristy destination it wasn't bad. Didn't rate it higher as noodle was from dry package not fresh.
