This restaurant is good, but it can be pricey (typical schnitzel costs 235, regular beef sirloin 285) and has a limited menu (only offering St. Martin's duck and broth). However, the service is attentive and considering it is just a hotel restaurant, the staff puts in a lot of effort. The food, service, and atmosphere are all rated 5 out of 5.

Located inside the Berchtold chateau, this Czech style restaurant offers a slightly more formal dining experience. If the weather is pleasant, guests can also dine in the garden. The service is professional, polite, and attentive. The menu is limited to a few options, but the food is of high quality with generous portion sizes. Although the medium rare steak I ordered was not extraordinary, it was still enjoyable. The experience of dining in a historical chateau adds a special touch to the overall ambiance. Expect higher prices, but a satisfying dining experience.

The tenderloin was fantastic, the meat melted perfectly in the mouth.

The candle super, the meat has completely spread to the tongue.
