Tofu Kissho - Kumamoto

I was thrilled to discover this restaurant in an area with limited dining choices. I ordered one of the tofu sets and found a standout dish that I particularly enjoyed - the veggies wrapped in tofu skin were my favorite.

This restaurant is excellent, with a unique feature of using small icons to represent their dishes. Some of their dishes contain fish Dashi. Due to limited dining options in the city, we dined at this restaurant twice. The first time, we had a full menu that included a delicious soup with fish sauce (we were unsure if they could accommodate our request to omit it), which was served with various types of tofu. The second time, we tried the amazing Tofu Steak, which was more like a small snack.

In a town with limited dining options, I was thrilled to discover this restaurant. My party and I ordered a tofu set and were impressed with the variety. Personally, my favorite dish was the vegetables wrapped in tofu skin.

Great restaurant, everything is marked with small icons, only some products had fish dashi in them. because there are not so many restaurants in the city, we ate here twice. once a complete menu that contained a suppe with fish sauce (not sure whether they were flexible enough to leave it away or not) it was nice, with all kinds of tofu. and once the tofu steak it was amazing, but more a small snack.
