Very good garlic rats! The broth and noodles are super tasty and gyozas are perfectly cooked. We really enjoyed our ramen and the staff is friendly. In our opinion, pigmeat could have been a little tenderer, but overall very nice experience. Will come back
Kokutei specializes in a pig bone scale with a strong garlic stamp. If you can't handle garlic, don't worry. But if you like garlic, this bowl of ramens is designed so that you want to slumber your noodles and more. The noodles are quite thick and very firm. Chashu Pork slices and vegetables toppings are standard quality. Ramen joints seem to love selling extra egg yolk, but I would probably hold back to buy their egg rays and add only a half boiled egg on your standard rays. They taste a million times better than thinning your soup with egg yolk. Her homemade Gyoza dumplings have a nice meat and vegetable filling, but could be fried a little more, as the outside was not very crispy. It is a place of great value and locals come all night, so expect a dinner.
Good ramen. The line was quite long on vacation. We arrived at 10:25 and were #5 in the line, so we sat when they opened at 10:30. When we left the line, maybe 20 groups were long. The rams were delicious.
Great place to have Kumamoto Ramen. Rich delicious flavour with the egg yolks as well. If you arrive early (around 7pm), there is no queue, after that, there is a long queue as the restaurant is small. Would recommend to anyone wanting some delicious Kumamoto Ramen!
