Kokutei - Kumamoto

The line was approx. 20 minutes, but they carefully ushered us in and did not rush us inside during the meal. The pig was good, and the broth was delicious!

I am particularly impressed by the ramen soup with 2 raw eggs. It is also thick and strong garlic taste! It is pricy, but value for money! highly recommended when you visit Kumamoto! P.s also go from a tram station.

The ravens have the local style, tons of garlic. The noodles are somewhat thicker than usual in Fukuoka. I recommend the eggs if you don't like them raw as in the pictures, you can ask the staff to give you boiled eggs instead. There is also a larger size for a bit extra, but be careful, it was really big.

Great little raven shop. Not too far from Kumamoto Station and easy to find. Ramen was very tasty and portions were big. You have a menu in English. The staff was helpful. We went at 1245 and it was busy, but there was no waiting line. Would it very recommend to go here if you love ramen :

Amazing pork ramen. I got extra meat. It wasn't fatty either. It was light too, not heavy on your stomach like some pork ramen are. The garlic was a nice touch as well, not to much.
