Kulm Civic Improvement

The experience at this bar clearly varies depending on which bartenders are working. One particular bartender acted completely inappropriately during my visit. After at least half an hour of being there, she attempted to make negative comments about a personal change I had made, all while her colleague was laughing along beside her. This behavior was undeniably unprofessional and showed a complete lack of moral standards and ethical consideration in her interactions. She even told me that I would never be served again, which is fine because I have no intention of returning.

The locals and the bartender are friendly. The place isn't overcrowded, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, I wasn't expecting it to be a cash-only bar.
