Grand Sita - Kudwa

Worst hotel ever seen.. The receptionist doesn't know how to talk to elders. I don't know who gave them 3 stars. The staff are not etiquetted. It appeared as if we're demanding something for free. and she was so rude..and didn't even let me talk to ED Or MD . I hope the owner of the hotel or higher authority reads this and take action against the lady who was in reception on 1st December around 10 pm... I would never suggest anyone to even eat something here

I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Grand Sita, we booked the Banquet Hall for our engagement and the services was amazing, Supriyo mandal sir from hotel staff is very nice and polite person, we got full help and support form him, all the services are really very good. i planned a surprise birthday party for my fiance and Supriyo mandal sir helped me a lot for all arrangements including table decoration and all.

Supriyo is the best at The Grand Sita Hotel This is a beautiful designed property it is well maintained and has beutiful restaurant thanks everything we enjoyed our stay and also appreciate Mr.Supriyo.

Rooms are very nice. Neat and clean. Staff also so co operative. Morning breakfast also good. Here food quality also so good. Nice hotel to stay with family also. Only location away from railway stn.

Ambience is good, food is awesome, staffs are helpful like the name of one staff I know is Supriyo he is too very helpful. Hotel rooms are very beautiful.
