Misses are 1) Hotel still in construction. 2) at night the lobby entrance blocked by tourist bus parking. Drive to the basement parking and waited in the basement lobby for the elevator. Amazingly, the lift reaches only the level L when it went up again. After 5 minutes or so, we decided to use the stairs at level L to find out that the employees control the elevator, because so you call heavy traffic for an event. No communication has been submitted. When one approached the staff who controlled the elevator lobby, a guy gave up without killing himself or suffering any word. Only then does he call his colleagues to control the elevator. 3) during the review of time the receptive attitude was so cold. Hopefully, management takes serious problems such as room quality and service quality. Not used if a few only good service, but others not. Total experience disappointed. More disappointed because of service than construction.
In the middle of Kota Bharu. Early Renaissance Hotel. Nice lobby. Friendly staff. The room I stayed in is pretty clean. There are also Billion Shopping Mall, also some phone shops. There are some restaurants nearby walking. The hotel has a Chinese restaurant called Dynasty (I have not tried so cant comment on taste .
It's good. The room we were in was amazing and beautiful. The toilet was on site. The food was good and you have many options. The pool was so beautiful and beautiful all and all its a value of your time and money. 10/10
Beautiful hotel with good breakfast, comfortable and friendly staff that serve you like a VVIP. The price is reasonable for your stay. Near the KB Mall and various local dishes near the hotel. The hotel has a ballroom for booking if you want to organize an event, bowls with fitness center, adults and children's pool. Enjoy the stay here.
I used to stay here regularly during my job assignment at Kota Bharu offshore platform. It used to be Renaissance Hotel at that time. Quite old fashioned, however, very helpful staff.
