The cheeky fries serious is a failure, cold and not crispy. Chicken is not as delicious as before. The ambience is not appealing or cozy. Extremely loud.

You cannot expect good food in this type of fast food restaurant

Staff there service poor, food not ready for customer in quickly, food a lot out of menu poor , when customers walk in ask for food staff there say only got 2 choices only for breakfast nothing else is different choices. KFC megamall service very poor and make a customer not come back again here to buy food .

I bought kfc today at 7.54pm receipt number 308..your coleslaw has turned sour(basi)..pls call me back.i disappointed with your service

Dear KFC mega mall kuantan Today 26 June 2019. 5:10pm I have ordered 2 signature box 2 zinger and 1 checkin nuggets (9) Take away But when I arrived home at Gambang only 3 zinger and missing 1 zinger burger. The missing burger was from the signature box. One of my kids now is crying. How can I solve this problem. Next time I will not trust your staff. Disappointed
