The Enclave - Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

(this is probably closer to me 3.5 stars, but the personal brings it even higher.) the enklave had for me the feeling of a small European.

It's really your neighborhood bar. The owner and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is a small outdoor area and air-conditioned inside.
